In the wake of January’s launches of the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, Vivo appears set to expand its X100 lineup with the anticipated Vivo X100s. Ahead of any official announcement, a tipster on Weibo, identified as Digital Chat Station, has provided insights into the rumored smartphone.
The Vivo X100s is rumored to come in four color variants: black, cyan, white, and titanium. Building on its predecessors, the smartphone is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, aligning with the specifications of the X100 and X100 Pro.
Leaked details suggest the Vivo X100s will boast a flat screen with 1.5K resolution and minimal bezels. The design is anticipated to showcase a flat metal frame and glass on both the front and rear, promising a sleek aesthetic.
Comparisons with its predecessor, the Vivo X90s, highlight potential upgrades. While the X90s was launched in June last year at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 45,300), the X100s aims to take it a step further. The X90s featured a 6.78-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, triple rear camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging.
With the X100 Pro priced at Rs. 89,999 and the X100 at Rs. 63,999, the X100s is poised to continue the lineup’s legacy, offering a blend of powerful performance and innovative features. As the anticipation grows, enthusiasts await an official confirmation from Vivo on the exciting additions to its X100 series.
